RECKLESS DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM: 3500 block of Robert E Lee Place, 7/5/17 around 7:45 p.m. A preliminary investigation determined a 20-year-old man was shot by an acquaintance. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation continues.
