FCPD RECAP Friday, September 22
WEAPON BRANDISHING/POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE/ARREST: 4424 Chantilly Shopping Center, 9/21/17 around 9:00 p.m. Three men entered the McDonalds restaurant to purchase food. When the food was not ready, the men began to argue with an employee. One of the men threatened to kill employees and pulled his shirt up, showing a gun in his waistband. The 3 men then left the restaurant and were arrested by officers nearby. 19 year-old, Kyle Harris, of Chantilly, Virginia was charged with brandishing a weapon, simple assault, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. 18 year-old, Erisk Cruz of Centreville, Virginia was charged with possession of controlled substance and disorderly conduct. 18 year-old, Brian Abrego of Manassas, Virginia was charged with disorderly conduct. ARMED ROBBERY: 2305 Huntington Avenue, 9/22/17 around 3:15 a.m. A man entered the 7-Eleven, pointed a gun at the victims and demanded money from the registers. The victims gave the man money. The man ran into a nearby parking lot, got into a silver sedan and drove off. He is described as a light skinned black male, 20 to 25 years old, 6 feet tall, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black cargo pants, black boots and a black ski mask covering his face. The investigation is ongoing.
