PURSUIT: Gallows Road and Cedar Street, 11/13/17 around 3:00 a.m. An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver refused to stop and a pursuit ensued. Due to weather, the pursuit was terminated. Moments later, officers found the car in a parking lot. The driver, Abel Villalobos Alvarado, 33, of Falls Church, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor speed to elude, driving without a license, and refusal of a breath test.

PURSUIT: Fairfax County Parkway and Stringfellow Court, 11/9/17 at 9:45 p.m. An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for driving in a reckless manner. The driver did not stop and a pursuit ensued. The driver stopped a few miles later at Fox Mill Road. Oveston Cox, 40, of Sterling, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on a revoked license, misdemeanor speed to elude, and reckless driving.
