Holiday Gift Card Drive for Child Victims

Gift cardsWe are heading into the holiday season, but it’s not a time of joy for everyone. In 2017, our Victim Services Section worked over 300 cases involving child victims, as well as child witnesses of domestic and sexual violence. Many of these children will not get to celebrate the holidays this year due to the financial burden that comes with being a victim of crime. In the true spirit of the season, we ask you to please join us in brightening the holidays for our courageous children by participating in our 4th Annual Victim Services Holiday Gift Card Drive.

Your generous donation of gift cards will help those families most impacted by crime bring a smile to the faces of their children who have had a tough road.

We will be accepting gift cards now through Friday, December 15. Gift cards to supermarkets, big box stores, local restaurants, and clothing stores will allow parents and guardians to be active participants in purchasing gifts and practical items for each child, that they would normally go without.

Thank you in advance for your generosity! It will brighten the eyes and hearts of our child victims, bring so much joy, and most importantly, will make an impact this holiday season.
