MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

3000 block of Fordson Road, medication from residence.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY: 1800 block of Kirby Road, 02/14/18, 5 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

ROBBERY/ARREST: 1900 block of Chain Bridge Road, 2/13/18, 8:55 p.m. Our officers were working at Tysons Corner Center and saw two women and one man inside a store putting clothing in a bag. They then exited the store without paying for the items. Officers attempted to stop the three suspects but one of the women discharged pepper spray.  All suspects ran but Kimberly Stinson, 45, and Shantelia Dixon, 34, were arrested before exiting the mall. Antonio Douglas, 28, continued to run outside where a K-9 unit joined the chase.  Douglas was apprehended and treated at a local hospital for minor injuries due to a dog bite. The group was found to have stolen over $2700 worth of property from various stores in Tysons Corner Center. Stinson and Dixon were both charged with robbery, grand larceny, and larceny with the intent to distribute. Douglas was charged with robbery, grand larceny, larceny with the intent to distribute, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana. All three suspects were from Baltimore.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

ELECTRONIC THREAT AGAINST A POLICE OFFICER: A juvenile is in custody and facing a felony charge for making an electronic threat against a police officer on February 2nd. The threat was made through social media.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: 6700 block of Bland Street, 02/14/18, 8:45 p.m. The victim was in the parking lot when she was approached by a male. The suspect displayed a weapon and demanded her purse, grabbed it, and ran. The victim fell to the ground. She has non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was described as black, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, and 165 to 185 pounds.  He was wearing a red winter hat with a puff ball on top, a black sweater, white shirt, and blue jeans. There was another male seen running from the area and associating with the suspect. He was described as black or Hispanic, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, 200 to 220 pounds, and wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, and a black winter hat.

BURGLARY: 7000 block of Spring Garden Drive, 02/14/18, 1 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

6600 block of Springfield Mall, cosmetics from store.
