BURGLARY/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 4500 block of John Marr Drive (John Marr Professional Center), 4/5/18 around 12 a.m. An office suite was broken into. There was damage, but nothing appeared to be missing.
NARCOTICS AND WEAPONS VIOLATIONS/ARREST: 5700 block of Telegraph Road, 4/3/18 around 2:18 a.m. An officer observed a traffic violation and initiated a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the occupants, the officer smelled an odor of marijuana coming from inside the car. Marijuana, pills, and other drug paraphernalia were found. Officers also found two weapons inside the car. Elon Wilson, 23 of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor (a passenger in the car), possession of drugs with intent to sell or distribute, and possession of a firearm while in possession of certain substances.
