BURGLARY: 4100 Chantilly Lace Court, 4/10/18 between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Someone entered the residence and stole property. Detectives are investigating.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/RESISTING ARREST: 6000 block of Richmond Highway, 4/10/18 7:20 a.m. Officers responded to the area for a disorderly man. While officers were on scene, they saw the man throwing objects at moving cars while running in and out of traffic. Officers told him to get on the ground but he refused. As he continued to resist arrest, officers used pepper spray and a baton to place him under arrest. The man, Steven Kindred, 31, of Springfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
INDECENT EXPOSURE: Braddock Road and Roberts Road, 4/10/18, 1:30 p.m. A school bus was stopped at a red light when a black 4-door sedan stopped in the adjacent lane. The kids on the bus caused a commotion and pointed to the black sedan. The bus driver then noticed the driver of the sedan was masturbating. While the light was red, the sedan drove away. The driver is described as a white man in his 30s wearing dark green cargo pants and a vest.
