Updating our look to help update you

We’re excited to announce we’ve completed a social media rebrand! Starting today, you will see a new, refreshed look and feel of our graphics, which we hope will help our followers spot our posts on their timelines. Making our public safety news and information about our department easy to find is a key part of our communications plan.

In addition, to make our name cohesive across all social media channels, we have changed our handles for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Moving forward, you can find us on each of these channels at @FairfaxCountyPD.

Please note that we have temporarily lost our “verified” status on Twitter (the blue check mark next to our name). But know as your source for verified FCPD information, this status will be restored in the coming weeks.
