MISSLE INTO AN OCCUPIED BUILDING/WANTED SUBJECT: 1800 block of Cameron Glen Drive, 05/23/2018, 1:00 p.m. Neighborhood patrol units (bicycle team members), were on patrol in the area and saw a man who was wanted. As they approached the man they saw him stand up, and point a firearm at the Reston District Station, and then heard three to four ‘pops’. Officers took the subject into custody, and found the weapon was a realistic looking ‘BB gun’. Carlos Cherry, 38, with no fixed address, has a pending warrant for failing to appear in court for a felony offense. Cherry was charged with shooting a missile at an occupied building.
