MALICIOUS WOUNDING (STABBING): 13000 Parcher Avenue, 05/31/18, 5:38 p.m. . Our officers were called for a stabbing. The victim has upper body trauma and was taken to Reston hospital in life-threatening condition. Nearby, Herndon Police Officer’s caught someone who matched the description of the offender. Denis Alexander Castillo Hernandez, 20, of Herndon, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding and is held without bond.
