ROBBERY: 6000 Block of Richmond Highway, 06/08/2018, 08:47am. The victim was staying at the Virginia Lodge when a woman knocked on the hotel door and requested change for a 10-dollar bill. After being denied change, the woman left. Roughly 10 minutes later, the woman returned with a stun gun and a man who had a BB gun. The two demanded money from the victim as the woman discharged the stun gun. The two took the victim’s money and cell phones. Officers responding to the area were able to identify the man and woman involved as Al-Amin Rollins Lockhart, 23, of Falls Church, and India Tyler, 19, of Manassas. They were charged with Robbery.
ROBBERY: 8400 Block of Richmond Highway, 6/10/18, 1:00 a.m. The victim was walking home from a restaurant when he was approached by four Hispanic men who assaulted him and took his phone and wallet. The victim was transported to Mt Vernon Hospital. The only information the victim could provide to officers was that the suspects spoke Spanish.

ROBBERY: 8500 Block of Lee Highway, 06/10/18, 12:30 a.m. The victim was leaving a restaurant when he was approached by a man who demanded money. The man punched the victim in the head and took his money. The man was described as a Hispanic male, medium build, white shirt, black pants, around 30 years old.

BURGLARY: 6699 Frontier Drive (AT&T), 3:00 am. Officers responded to an alarm at the store. A review of security camera footage showed two people wearing all black, with masks, break into the store. Multiple electronics were stolen.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
RECKLESS DISCHARGE: 9600 Block Mason Bluff Court, 6/10/2018, 11:17 a.m. Officers responded for a call where a man was attempting to clear his shotgun of ammunition to secure in a safe. He believed the weapon was unloaded and pulled the trigger discharging a round into his wall. No one was injured and the round did not penetrate the wall.
TRESPASSING: 7800 Block of Sutter Lane, 6/09/18, 8:00 pm. Officers responded for an unlawful entry. Two juvenile boys had entered an unoccupied apartment. The boys had left the apartment prior to police arrival. No damage was reported.
