NARCOTICS VIOLATION: 12000 block of Glade Drive, 6/20/2018, 6:35 pm. Our bike team officers saw a known drug dealer who ran away once he saw the officers. They quickly caught up to the man who was wearing a backpack that smelled like marijuana. A search revealed almost two ounces of marijuana and a significant amount of cash. Tavarius Lee, 20 of Reston, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
