Pursuit and Narcotics: 6500 Springfield Mall, 8/10/18, 7:13 p.m. Officers saw a traffic violation and stopped the car. The car sped away after officers went to speak with the driver. The passenger, Keevin Allen, 22, of Woodbridge, got out of the car when it slowed down and ran into the mall. The driver, Kerry Howard, 25, also of Woodbridge, continued driving away for a short time. Allen was arrested after a short chase and Howard stopped the car a short time later and was arrested. Howard was charged with driving on a revoked license, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and eluding. Allen was charged with obstruction, false identification to law enforcement, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and two active warrants were served.

Burglary: 6575 Frontier Drive (Ulta), 8/12/18, 3:30 a.m. While checking an alarm, officers found a broken window and an open door at Ulta. Security cameras captured two unknown males with their faces covered stealing multiple items from the store.

Burglary of an occupied dwelling: 12000 block of Lisa Marie Court, 8/11/18, 3:56 a.m. A resident awoke to find an unknown male subject in his home. The subject entered through an unlocked door and exited the same door when he was discovered inside of the home. Money was stolen from the residence.
