ASSAULT: 9800 New England Woods Court, 9/6/18, at 9:13 p.m. A victim was walking her dog when the suspect approached her. The suspect took her by her arm and asked if she would like him to walk her home. The victim said no. The suspect asked if she wanted to go home with him. She said no. The victim kicked the suspect and ran home. The suspect is described as a white man with blonde hair between 20 and 30 years old.
