BIAS CRIME/ASSAULT: 5524 Leesburg Pike, 9/26/2018, 5:04 p.m. Officers responded for a report of an assault at Vitamin Shoppe. An employee reported that Debra Fidler, 55, of Arlington came into the business and picked items from the shelves. When she went to the cash register she began yelling at the employee and making several racial slurs. Fidler then threw a bottle of pills at the employee hitting him. Fidler went outside to a car in the parking lot where officers found her. Fidler was issued a summons for assault.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 12000 block of Kinsley Place, between 9/18/18 and 9/26/18. The owner of a vacant house went to complete repairs on the building when he located a man in his 20’s inside the residence. The man immediately left the residence and items were left that indicated he was sleeping in the house.
INDECENT EXPOSURE: 13000 block of Woodland Park Rd, the victim was walking through a parking lot to get lunch when he noticed a car parked to the rear of the parking lot still running. When he walked near the car, he noticed there was a man inside masturbating. The victim confronted the man who then drove off. The man was described as a middle-aged man driving a blue Subaru station wagon.
