ROBBERY: 6000 block of Richmond Hwy, on 9/28/2018, around 2:00 a.m. the victims were waiting for the elevator at their apartment complex. A masked man wearing dark clothing approached them, displayed a handgun and demanded money. He took an undisclosed amount of money and ran away.
