PURSUIT: Franconia Rd near Van Dorn St, 10/04/2018, 8:15 p.m. A black sport motorcycle was speeding and driving recklessly on Franconia Road when a patrol officer attempted to stop the motorcycle, the driver sped off.  The motorcycle was last seen south on I-95.
