ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT/DRUNK IN PUBLIC: 7885 Heritage Drive (HMart), 10/16/18, 2:48 p.m. Officers responded to the HMart for reports of a man who was believed to have displayed a knife to other shoppers. Officers found the man leaving the shopping center. He was stumbling around and had trouble speaking clearly. Yojan Lopez, 24, of Annandale, was placed under arrest for drunk in public. During the arrest, Lopez kicked the officer and spit on him. Lopez was charged with assault on law enforcement officer and drunk in public.

ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT/DRUNK IN PUBLIC: 2900 block of Chain Bridge Road, 10/16/18, 12:23 a.m. Officers were investigating a domestic dispute when Bahja Saab-Villavicen, 18, of Oakton, became disorderly and uncooperative. Ms. Saab-Villavicen had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and refused to go inside her home. When officers went to arrest Saab for drunk in public, she punched one of the officers.
