FRAUD (SKIMMING DEVICE): 6025 Burke Centre Parkway (Navy Federal Bank), 10/29/18, 1:43 p.m. Police were notified after a technician noticed a skimming device on an ATM. Detectives are working with the bank to determine if any accounts were compromised.
