MALICIOUS WOUNDING / OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: 1945 Chain Bridge Road (Tyson’s Corner Metro Station), 10/31/18. 6:54 a.m. Jaron Ulmer, 31 of Washington D.C., and the victim were riding the Metro to the Tyson’s Corner Station. Ulmer was getting off the train and so was the victim. Ulmer turned around, accused the victim of following him and punched him several times. Ulmer ran away but was arrested after a short foot pursuit by responding police officers. Ulmer was charged with malicious wounding, public intoxication and obstruction of justice.
