BURGLARY/STOLEN VEHICLE: 6000 block of Chapman Road, 11/06/18, 1:00 a.m. A resident reported hearing a group of men talking loudly outside. The resident went downstairs and discovered an open window, multiple drawers opened in the kitchen and the spare car key missing. The suspects stole the resident’s car but it was found nearby.
