TRAFFIC STOP/NARCOTICS: 3800 block of Havenwood Place, 12/12/18, 10:00 p.m. Officers stopped a car for a traffic violation. The driver, 40-year-old Ivan Moreno Blanco of Alexandria, was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. A search warrant was later served at Moreno Blanco’s home resulting in the seizure of additional narcotics.

BURGLARY: 1200 block of Raymond Avenue, 12/12/18, 4:20 p.m. Officers responded for the report of an open door. They found someone broke into the home and ransacked the residence. It is unknown if anything was stolen.

ROBBERY: 13470 Coppermine Road (Sunoco), 12/12/18, 11:30 p.m. A man wearing a mask entered the gas station and displayed a handgun to the cashier. The suspect took cash and fled. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as a black man, about 6’ tall, and 200 pounds.

BURGLARY: 11000 block of Andrew Lane, 12/12/18, between 5:50 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. The victim returned home to find someone had broken into their home and ransacked the residence. It is unknown at the time if anything was stolen.
BURGLARY: 11300 block of Andrew Lane, 12/12/18, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. A police K9 unit tracking from another burglary found evidence this home was broken into. The house was ransacked but it is unknown if anything was taken.
BURGLARY: 3500 block of Saint Augustine Lane, 12/12/18, between 3:45 p.m. and 5:43 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a residential alarm and found someone had broken into the home. Jewelry and personal items were stolen.
