POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE: 6800 block Springfield Boulevard, 01/31/19, 6:08 p.m. Officers on foot patrol smelled the odor of marijuana in the area. Officers stopped three suspects who were in possession of marijuana. Officers recovered THC pens, marijuana and edibles. Christopher Crevecoeur and Griffin Park, both 18, of Lorton were charged with possession of marijuana and were each issued a summons. A juvenile on scene was released to parents and officers will be seeking petitions for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
