FCPD RECAP FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8
ROBBERY: 1650 Union Mill Road (Panera Bread), 02/07/19, 6:36 p.m. The juvenile victim was approached by three suspects inside the store. The victim and the suspects went outside behind the store where the victim was assaulted and his personal items were taken. There were no injuries reported. The suspects are also juveniles.
ROBBERY: Upperridge Drive and Janlar Drive, 02/07/19, 7:49 p.m. A woman was walking along Upperridge Drive when she was assaulted by three unknown men who yelled at her to give them money. There was a struggle and the men ran off with the woman’s backpack. No one was injured.
ROBBERY: 13305 Lee Highway (7-Eleven), 02/08/19, 1:47 a.m. A man entered the store wearing a mask and gloves. He walked behind the counter, assaulted the clerk and demanded money from the register. The clerk reached for the panic button, the man cut the clerk before running out of the store. The clerk was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.

TRESPASSING: 6600 block of Mayfair Drive, 02/07/19, 8:00 a.m. A manager at the location reported a man in an apartment who was banned from the property. Officers arrested Ernesto Martinez-Sandoval, 22, of no fixed address, for trespassing and unlawful entry.

NARCOTICS VIOLATION: 8200 block of Springwood Meadow Lane, 2/7/19, 10:06 p.m. Officers stopped a car for traffic violations and located marijuana inside. Osei Agyekum, 27, of Lorton, was arrested for possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
NARCOTICS VIOLATION: 10000 block of Steamboat Landing Lane, 02/07/19, 4:18 p.m. Officers were checking on a complaint in the community when they stopped Thomas Smith, 18, of Fairfax, and a juvenile and discovered they were in possession of marijuana. Officers went to the residence they were seen coming out of and spoke with the homeowner who gave permission to search the house. Marijuana, THC oil, a large amount of cash and a loaded firearm were discovered in the home. A juvenile was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center and petitions were issued for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a Schedule 1 drug and possession of a firearm while in possession of narcotics. Smith was released on a summons for possession of marijuana. More charges are pending.
