ROBBERY: 6138 North Kings Highway (7-Eleven), 03/07/19, 6:15 a.m. A man entered the 7-Eleven with a handgun and demanded money, taking an unknown amount and running away. He was black, 5’7”, approximately 160 pounds, wearing a mask, dark colored coat and light colored pants.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
FOOT PURSUIT/NARCOTICS VIOLATION: 8300 block of Old Keene Mill Road, 03/07/19, 11:27 p.m. Officers tried to stop a car for an equipment violation. The driver pulled into a gas station and ran without putting the car in park. The car rolled forward and struck another car. The driver, Patrick Hart, 28, of Springfield, was arrested after a short foot pursuit and charged with possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated, hit and run and driving on a suspended license.
