COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 6500 block of Backlick Road (JW & Friends Restaurant), 3/18/19, 10:30 p.m. While looking for a missing man, an officer noticed a broken window and discovered items were stolen. A trail of blood led officers to a nearby hotel room where they found William James, 60, of Springfield, in possession of the stolen items. James was arrested for burglary and grand larceny
