FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT: 7000 block of Old Keene Mill Road, 03/20/19, 4:30 p.m. The victim told officers that a Hispanic man came up to him and asked for drugs.  The victim told the suspect that he did not have any drugs. The suspect then threatened the victim with a knife and ran away. Officers searched the area and found the suspect nearby with a knife in his possession. FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

SUSPICIOUS EVENT: 3800 block of Highland Oaks Court, 03/20/19, 6:32 a.m. A teenager, who attends Rachel Carson Middle School, was walking to a bus stop when a white van pulled up next to him and driver said, “get in kid.” The teenager told the driver he was going to take a picture of his license plate and report him. The van then circled around, and the driver opened the door briefly, but then pulled away. The driver was described as a Hispanic male in his early 30s.
