MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

MALICIOUS WOUNDING / BURGLARY / THREATS TO BURN: 3300 block of Pintail Ct, 4/1/19, 8:24 p.m.  Officers were called to the 3300 block of Pintail Court for a burglary in progress.  Two suspects broke into the home of the victim after a personal feud. Mirella Ramirez-Marquez, 22, of Alexandria, was charged with malicious wounding, burglary, and threats to burn. Yesfri Portillo Guevara, 22, of Woodbridge, was charged with burglary and threats to burn.  They are currently being held on no bond.

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

RECKLESS DISCHARGE: 13600 block of Legacy Circle, 4/1/19, 2:03 a.m. Officers responded to the area for the report of gunshots and discovered a home was struck several times. Nobody inside the home was injured. Officers found numerous shell casings outside. Officers continue to investigate the incident.

BOMB THREAT: 4110 Chain Bridge Road (Fairfax County Courthouse), 4/1/19, 2:16 p.m. Police and Fire Department Dispatch received a call saying that there was a bomb in the courthouse. Deputies searched the courthouse and found nothing suspicious.
