SUSPICIOUS EVENT: 2900 John Marshall Drive, 4/3/19. A child was waiting at a bus stop when a man approached and spoke to her. The child ignored the man and he walked away. The incident was reported to a teacher at Sleepy Hollow Elementary School. Further investigation revealed the same man was seen at a nearby park handing out food. The children stated it tasted funny and stopped eating it and were not harmed. The man is described as Hispanic, in his mid-40s, 5’6” to 5’8”, medium build, with brown or black hair.
