HOME INVASION/ROBBERY: 3000 block of Payne Street, 12/13/19, 12:15 a.m. Two armed men entered the home, threatened the victims and demanded money. The men took personal items and ran away. Both men were described as Asian, in their 20s, under 6’, wearing dark clothes and bandannas over their faces. The victims had injuries that were not life threatening. Detectives believe the victims were targeted and this was not a random attack.
