ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT/RESISTING ARREST/OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL: 3500 block of South Jefferson Street, 6/17/19, 4:18 p.m. Officers responded to a complaint of a man harassing customers. When officers approached the man, he threw a box of wine at an officer. Jason Cornejo, 28, of Annandale, was arrested and charged with assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest and open container.

LARCENY FROM AUTO: 5900 block of Craig Street, 6/17/19, 7:30 a.m. Someone saw a man entering several parked cars in the neighborhood. Police found Douglas Lopez Mendoza, 21, of Springfield, inside of a car that did not belong to him. He was arrested and charged with two counts of vehicle trespassing and drunk in public.
