RESTON DISTRICT STATION

CARJACKING: 11400 block of Isaac Newton Square, 6/19/19, 5:05 a.m. The victim was getting out of his car when he was assaulted by two men. They took the victim’s BMW X5. A lookout was provided to Virginia State Police who saw the car on I-95. A chased ensued and the car eventually crashed in Stafford County. Jaquan McNeal, 21, of Ruther Glen, was arrested and charges are pending. A juvenile was also arrested and charged with carjacking.

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

BOMB THREAT: 12011 Government Center Parkway (Pennino Building), 6/19/19, 12:40 p.m. A man called the victim on her work cell phone demanding to know what she did for work. The victim hung up and the man called back several times. During one of the calls, he stated there was a bomb in the building. The threat was deemed not credible and the building was not evacuated. Detectives responded to assume investigation.
