ASSAULT: 1850 Town Center Parkway (Reston Hospital), 7/2/19, 6:29 p.m. A man was reported to be acting disorderly and threatening staff at the hospital. Brian Baker, 47, with no fixed address was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct. During the arrest, he spat on an officer and was also charged with assault on a law enforcement officer.
