LARCENY: 11801 Fair Oaks Shopping Center (JC Penney), 7/16/19, 6:52 p.m. Officers were called to the store for a shoplifter being detained by employees. The man ran from the store as officers arrived and was caught after a short foot pursuit. Antonio Briggs, 56, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with larceny (third or subsequent).
