BRANDISHING: Richmond Highway/Frye Road, 9/22/19, 10:22 a.m. A man pointed a firearm at two victims after becoming involved in a road rage incident. A lookout was provided and officers saw the man’s Jeep Wrangler. The car was stopped and the driver, Jordan Small, 26, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm and illegally carrying a concealed weapon.

ROBBERY: 3900 block of Fair Ridge Drive, 9/21/19, 12:08 a.m. The victim arranged to meet a woman after communicating with her through an online dating site. Two suspects, a white female in her 20s and a black male wearing a red shirt pepper sprayed the victim and stole his cell phone and cash.
BURGLARY: 12100 block of Monument Drive, 9/21/19, between 8:15 a.m. and 6:50 p.m. Someone entered a residence and stole personal items.
