ROBBERY: 1500 block of Northgate Square, 10/3/19, 5:53 p.m. The victim arranged to buy a cell phone through an online seller. When they met, the victim gave a man money for the phone and was punched in the face. The suspect fled the area in a black sedan. Officers found Monzir Hassan, 18, of Reston nearby and arrested him for the robbery.
