SHOPLIFTING/FELONY HIT AND RUN/TRAFFIC PURSUIT: 7660 Richmond Highway (Shoppers), 10/8/19, 6:30 p.m. Employees reported two suspects stole merchandise and fled in a Ford minivan. Officers spotted the van and initiated a traffic stop but the driver failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended when the driver crashed into several cars which disabled their van. Tamara Wilson, 30, of Washington, D.C., was charged with larceny, felony hit and run, failure to stop and driving without a license. Ronald Arrington, 51, and Robert Townes, 59, both of Washington, D.C., were charged with larceny.
