GRAND LARCENY: 1961 Chain Bridge Road (LL Bean), 10/24/19, 4:24 p.m. A man stole items from LL Bean and ran away before officers arrived. He was later located and arrested. Mustafa Ali Al-Attar, 19, of Lorton was charged with grand larceny, possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and resisting arrest.
