ROBBERY: 2305 Huntington Avenue (7-Eleven), 10/27/19, 5:01 a.m. Two men entered the store and announced a robbery. One suspect displayed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash. The other suspect stole the clerk’s cell phone and car keys. They fled the area in a light-colored Honda minivan. One suspect was described as a black man, 20s, 6 feet tall, medium build, carrying a handgun, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants and white gloves. The other was a black man, 20s, 5’10”, thin build wearing a black hoodie, black bandana and gray pants.
ROBBERY: 7900 block of Audubon Avenue, 10/27/19, 8 p.m. The victim was walking home and was attacked by five people who assaulted him and stole his money. One of the suspects showed the victim a handgun tucked in his waistband. They were described as four black males, a Hispanic male and a black female, all in their teens.
BURGLARY: 6000 block of Shaffer Drive, 10/27/19, 12:30 a.m. Two men entered a home and stole personal items. Officers found one of the suspects with the stolen items in his possession and he was arrested. Rae’quon Robinson, 18, of Maryland was charged with burglary.

BURGLARY: 4200 block of Dandridge Terrace, 10/25/19, 11:32 a.m. Someone broke into a home and stole personal items.
BURGLARY: 4100 block of Westman Court, 10/25/19, between 11 a.m. and 5:43 p.m. Someone broke into a home and stole personal items.

ROBBERY: 8000 block of Towers Crescent Drive, 10/26/19, 8:44 p.m. The victim was getting something out of her car when she was approached by a man who displayed a knife and took her purse and ran away. The suspect was described as a black man, 20s, 5’9”, 160 pounds, wearing a black jacket and jeans.

RECKLESS DISCHARGE OF FIREARM: 3700 block of Ridge Road, 10/27/19, 1:27 a.m. Officers responded to the sound of gunshots in the area and came upon a fight in the middle of the street and dozens of people rapidly leaving a house party. Witnesses said one of the men who was fighting fired several gunshots into the air and began to fight with people. Officers found the handgun and arrested the man. Roberto Cayetano-Mejia, 19, of Falls Church, was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of controlled substance and drunk in public.

STOLEN AUTO/TRAFFIC PURSUIT: 6700 block of Commerce Street, 10/25/19, 11:43 a.m. Officers attempted to stop a red Toyota Prius reported stolen earlier in the day. The driver tried to escape and hit both cruisers and a stopped motorist before speeding away. Officers pursued the suspect a short distance where the suspect crashed into a parked car and fled on foot. Elliott McDonald, 19, of Alexandria, was caught after he ran from the scene and was charged with auto theft, failure to stop, petit larceny, 2 counts of destruction of property and 2 counts of hit and run.

WEAPONS BRANDISHING: 6000 block of Burke Centre Parkway, 10/25/19, 3:24 p.m. The victim reported they were driving on Burke Lake Road when a man driving a silver Toyota Corolla began to tailgate them. When the victim stopped at Roberts Parkway and Burke Centre Parkway, the man displayed a gun. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s.
