CARJACKING: 11300 block of Random Hills Road, 11/4/19, 2:13 p.m. The victim turned on her car and was about to close the door when a man pulled her door open, implied he had a gun and demanded she get out of the car. The victim got out of the car and the suspect drove away in her 2012 Ford Escape. Our officers saw the Escape in the area of Jermantown Road and Chain Bridge Road. The driver tried to evade officers but crashed. The suspect, Victor Jones, 29, no fixed address, was taken into custody and charged with robbery.
