ROBBERY: Braddock Avenue at Maryland Street, 11/19/19, 5:36 p.m. Officers responded to the area for a delivery driver who was robbed by a group of teenagers. The driver met the girl who placed the order. When he handed her the order, a group of teenage boys assaulted him and ran away. The teens were believed to be black, wearing all black clothing.

ASSAULT: 11790 Baron Cameron Avenue (Willard’s BBQ), 11/19/19 2:09 p.m. A woman placed an order at the restaurant. When she was asked to pay, she assaulted the manager and start yelling. When an officer arrived and tried to talk to her, she shoved him. As backup officers arrived, the woman was placed under arrest and continued to resist by kicking the officers. During the investigation, officers learned the woman, Shayla Davis, 38, no fixed address, also assaulted the property manager who tried to break up the argument. Davis was charged with assault on law enforcement, simple assault and obstruction of justice. No photo available.
