MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY/HIT AND RUN: 3053 Nutley Street (CVS), 12/16/19, 9:09 p.m. A woman entered the store and demanded money from the cashier. A woman matching her description was later seen in the area of another CVS in Annandale and officers attempted a traffic stop. The driver sped off and hit another car before fleeing on foot. Officers gave chase and arrested Tiffani Mangrum, 35, of Delaware. She was charged with robbery and felony hit and run. No mugshot is available.
