COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 3819 George Mason Drive (Bella Lounge), 1/2/20, 4:22a.m. Someone broke into the business and stole property.
TRAFFIC PURSUIT, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Interstate 495/Gallows Road, 1/3/20, 1:03 a.m. An officer saw a black GMC Envoy stopped in the travel lanes of northbound I495. The officer checked on the man and found him slumped over the steering wheel. Once the man woke, he sped off and a pursuit ensued. The man pulled over on West Street near Lee Highway. Giancarlo Ampuero Pizarro, 31, of Burke, was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated 3rd within 10 years and felony disregard police command to stop.
