ROBBERY: 2400 block of Midtown Avenue, 1/9/20, 6:51 p.m. The victim was approached by a man who assaulted her and stole personal property. The suspect was described as a black man, 6’0”, mid 20s, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt.

ROBBERY: 3700 block of South George Mason Drive, 1/9/20 11:11 p.m. The victim was approached by two men who displayed a handgun, assaulted him and stole personal property. Both suspects were located nearby and arrested. Mason Lowe, 20, of Falls Church, was charged with robbery. Ahmed Abdalla, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with robbery, malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

BURGLARY: 13200 block of Woodland Park Road, 1/9/20, 3:48 p.m. Someone broke into a townhouse and stole property.
