ATTEMPTED ROBBERY/ASSAULT: 3400 block of Carlin Springs Road, 1/28/20, 5:20 a.m. A woman approached a man walking on the sidewalk and asked him for a cigarette. He told her he did not have one and she sprayed him in the face with pepper spray. Three men then got out of a black SUV, assaulted the man and tried to take his wallet. The man ran away from the suspects who were described as a black woman and three black men.
