PEEPING/INDECENT EXPOSURE: 11600 Block of Charter Oak Court, 2/4/20, 11:02 p.m. As the victim was closing her door, she observed a man looking into her home while exposing himself. Joseph Flynn, 61, no fixed address, was charged with peeping, indecent exposure, and drunk in public. Flynn is being held at the Adult Detention Center with no bond. No photo available.
