PURSUIT/NARCOTICS VIOLATION: Buckman Road/Groombridge Way, 2/27/20, 10:51 p.m. An officer attempted to make a traffic stop on a red Nissan Altima when the driver sped away resulting in a short pursuit. Albert Jones, 41, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with several narcotic violations, felony driving after license revoked for DWI and felony disregard police command to stop. RESTON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY: Parcher Ave/Springer Drive, 2/27/20, 10:50 p.m. A man was walking in the area when he was assaulted by two suspects. One suspect displayed a handgun and stole the victim’s cell phone. Both suspects ran from the area. One suspect was described as black, wearing dark clothing. The suspect with the handgun was later identified as a juvenile and arrested. The juvenile was charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and preventing a 9-1-1 call.
