STOLEN AUTO: 7600 block of Richmond Highway, 3/26/20, 6:10 a.m. An officer spotted a blue Hyundai Elantra that had recently been reported stolen. A traffic stop was conducted and Desmond Johnson, 27, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.
