DRUNK IN PUBLIC/OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: 6411 Richmond Highway (Alexandria Motel), 4/9/20, 10:52 p.m. A man was acting erratically and swinging a metal pipe in the air threatening other community members. Officers arrived and found the man nearby. Dominic Carter, 27, of Alexandria was charged with being drunk in public and obstruction of justice. No photo available.
