Chantilly Man Charged with Rape
Sully Police District – A 19-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for sexually assaulting a woman in the 4200 block of Airline Parkway in Chantilly. Officers responded around 1 a.m. when a woman reported being approached by an unknown man on a neighborhood sidewalk. The man grabbed the woman and sexually assaulted her. Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau later identified and arrested Antonio Fredis Paz Orellana, of Chantilly. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with rape. He is being held without bond.
